Delivery: Screen printed and embroidered items will be processed and delivered to the individual customer approximately 3-4 weeks after the date that the store closes, quantities are tallied and the coordinator add-on orders are received; If coupled with sublimated items, the screen printed and embroidered items will be held and shipped all together.

Sublimated items will ship to the coordinator approximately 3-5 weeks after the close date of the store, quantities are tallied and the coordinator add-on orders are received. If they are to be shipped to the individual customers, then they all shipped altogether, the screen printed, embroidered and custom sublimated items.

If minimum order requirements are not met by the date that the store closes and the coordinator is unable to meet the required minimums, all orders that are deemed to be under the minimum quantity requirements will be refunded to the customer. We will do our best to accomodate orders that do not meet MOQ but many times we are not able and refunds will be issued.

Return Policy: After careful consideration and at the discretion of Battle Gear, we may replace an item that has been determined to be missing from an order. However, because most of these items are custom made, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizes or incorrectly chosen and ordered styles or designs. If we have sent you a size different than what you ordered, misprinted the design, or the item is defective, we will accept returns or offer you a discount on the item in question, however, ALL returns MUST be authorized by Battle Gear.
